This was my first time at this salon. I enjoyed my pedicure experience and the technician did a fine job. But after coming home I quickly noticed that my “gel” was not set correctly and the pedicure fell apart to the touch. Critical:QualityI tried out the nail salon as my nails were overdue and my regular girl was on vacation from a different nail salon. Absolutely should have waited for her. I wanted dip nails. She removed my previous dip but as she was using electric grinder she would peel huge loose pieces off pulling away some of nail with it. Making more fragile. She asked if I wanted trimmed I said yes a little. So then she cut never asking if length was ok. Didnt ask if shape was what I wanted and then only put 2 coats on which I prefer 3. She was very fast and careless. I had a feeling they would not last. And dip is to be smooth looking these have some bumps and craters in them. Now 2 weeks yesterday I had them done and several are already peeling away from my nails. Went to tip with card and wrote amount. Mary crossed it off said no take card tip. The Gel polish bubbled just one day after getting them done which is very upsetting. Plus the simple nail design I wanted looked bad because the lady couldn’t make simple straight lines. I was a walk in an just needed an acrylic nail refill. I must say Van was very good, very precise, an took her time to make my nails nice. I definitely will come back. She also gave me a holiday gift of hand lotion, a 5 piece file gift an a 10% off for my next visit
