Scaling the Divine Tower of Caelid

1	From the Dragonbarrow West Site of Grace, head northeast towards the tower. Look for a large tree root below the cliffs and hop onto it (you can also use Torrent). Follow the root towards the tower and drop down onto the platform at the end.
2	Follow the path to the left and climb up the ladder.
3	When you reach the top of the ladder, do not climb the ladder in front of you. Instead, turn to the right and head towards the ladder in the distance. Remember that you can use Torrent to make the jumps.
4	Once you climb the ladder, face the left and cross towards the platform in the distance. Be careful, as there are more gaps on the narrow stone bridge.
5	When you reach the platform, there will be another narrow stone bridge that you will need to cross. There will be a ladder on the other side you can use to climb up.
6	At the top of the ladder will be a Site of Grace and two paths on either direction. Going to the right will take you to the top of the tower, where you can activate Radahn's Great Rune. Going left towards the Godskin Apostle will require a bit of a journey.

Going to the Basem*nt Level

1	If you decide to take the path to the left of the Site of Grace will eventually be faced with two enemies. One is guarding a door which is a shortcut, the other is hidden to the right.
2	To the right side of this area where the hidden soldier was hiding is a pillar that you can drop down to.
3	Face to the right and follow the narrow path that leads to a ledge over looking another pillar below.
4	Drop down unto the pillar. There is a corpse here with a Golden Rune 12 you can pick up.
5	Stand on the ledge and drop down to the next pillar below.
6	Stand on the ledge and look for a round platform. Drop down unto it. Be careful, this can be tricky to land on. Don't roll off the edge, but either walk or jump towards it.
7	Once you land on the small platform, turn around and jump towards the platform jutting out below.
8	Jump towards the next platform.
9	Drop down to the pillar below.
10	Head towards the enemy guarding the pressure plate. This will call an elevator you can ride up.
11	At the top is a ladder and another hallway. Taking the ladder will lead to the upper level where the shortcut can be opened.
12	Unlock the shortcut door and head back down the ladder.
13	Proceed down the hallway past the ladder, and defeat the Blackflame Monk patrolling this area. The hallway looks it ends here, but the way forward is actually on the ledge next to the dead end wall. Follow the ledge until you reach a crumbling pillar.
14	Drop down on the pillar. It will break, but you will not take any fall damage.
15	You'll end up on another pillar with a pressure plate to summon another elevator.
16	Ride the elevator down and you'll have finally reached the basemnt level of the Tower. Proceed forward to challenge the Godskin Apostle*.

Restore Radahn's Great Rune

After defeating Starscourge Radahn, you'll receive Radahn's Great Rune, which needs to be restored before you can use it. From the Divine Tower of Caelid Site of Grace , head up the lift to the top of the tower where you can restore it.
