He's the best doctor I ever had. He takes plenty of time to answer any of my concerns and if I have to send a message I get replied back the same day. I would have to say he's extremely knowledgeable and on track with helping my blood pressure and triglycerides to get my health on a good track

After check out, I was forgot about while waiting for labs. I watched the lab techs leave their office and walk out the door. I was told after asking for help that I wasn't checked in for labs. I had waited about 20 mins by this point.

Moving to the new building really made everything much better, everyone is really nice and respectful, it makes going to the Dr not so bad. Recently I had a severe sciatic nerve pain, really bad, I called to make an appointment with Dr Donohue to find out that he was 3 months out on an appointment, I asked to see anyone, was called back by a nurse within 5 minutes, was told to be there at 2:30 to see Dr Johnson, I did that, she was familiar with my type of condition , she was amazing, she treated me and sent me on my way. I just want to say that most things these days are messed up compared to years back, but I am so impressed with the entire operation there, I honestly believe that everyone there cares about people and their health, It makes me feel good and I will never consider going anywhere else.

This was my first visit to establish a patient/ doctor relationship. I changed to the provider because I have heard great things about them

In past visits, I have felt a bit rushed, not being able to tell my PCP my problems/complaints. Also been told in the past, I could only address two (2) issues. This recent visit, the doc went over my recent test results > MRIs of cx and thoracic spine and U/S of throat (thyroid gland). We also discussed possible surgeries and the next steps.
