I only selected YES to wait time longer than 15 minutes on day of my visit because I think it was a busy day. This is not normal for my provider as I have never had to wait like that before. She is usual always prompt and this is no fault of her own. I don't blame her for the delay at all as a patient just may have needed a little more special attention on this day and it delayed the remainder of her day. I really like my provider and her MA!!!!
