  • Onion –Any type of onion will taste perfect. Save time and use diced frozen onion.
  • Kielbasa –Substitute with andouille sausage or Spanish chorizo
  • Canned Green Beans –You can use fresh green beans, just steam them first so they are cooked.
  • Minced Garlic – If you use fresh garlic, mince it really fine.

Bell pepper
Kielbasa sausage
Italian cut green beans

Instructions:

Melt the butter in a deep sided skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
